Among hundreds of hosting companies we have reviewed, CoolHandle charges a quite high price, pricing its cheapest plan at $29.95/mo. To be frank, this is not affordable for many personal and small business websites. Even for big companies, $29.95/mo for shared hosting service is not an advisable choice at all. Besides, the company refuses to offers default discount on its home page.

As for money back guarantee, it promises money back within 30 days, which means anyone booking its service can ask for refund within that period. However, this policy is only valid for the first payment of service. In terms of any other products or services, such as domain registration and setup fees, are non-refundable.

When it comes to payment methods, the company accepts both credit card and PayPal. Webmasters can choose from the two in their convenience.

Features

In terms of features, the company offers unlimited disk space & bandwidth but different parked domains, sub domains, FTP accounts, MySQL databases and mailboxes for different plans. For specific differences between 3 plans of CoolHandle, the Starter plan only allows 1 free domain name, 5 domains, 5 parked domains, etc, which is just suitable for personal websites.

The Business plan comes with 100 domains allowed and 100 parked domains. For Pro plan, it has unlimited storage & bandwidth, unlimited domains allowed, and unlimited parked domains. Considering the expensive price, it is really not a cost-effective choice.

CoolHandle promises to offer 99.9% uptime and fast page loading speed. The reason why this company has such excellent hosting performance is because its data centers are fully equipped with high performance CentOS platforms and state of the art Intel-based servers. What’s more, the company has also employed competent staff to keep the security at the maximum level and prevent any threats from hackers and viruses.
